Kim Won-Ho
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of employment services and policies for people with Acquired disabilities, and to suggest improvement plans. To this end, a study on Delphi for people with Acquired disabilities was conducted. The expert panel was composed of people with Acquired disabilities and academic experts. The Delphi survey was conducted from August to October 2020, and was conducted four times. The following are ways to improve the direction of employment services for people with Acquired disabilities through the Delphi survey. First, it is difficult to organize people with Acquired disabilities into the existing disability categories and standards. Second, the lack of multidisciplinary access for people with Acquired disabilities requires integrated service support. Third, it is effective that psychosocial rehabilitation of people with Acquired disabilities proceeds in the recovery period. Fourth, it is important to restore employment services for people with Acquired disabilities by recovering their previous job and vocational skills. Fifth, the disability management plan for people with Acquired disabilities needs to establish a systematic rehabilitation plan that reflects the characteristics and intentions of people with Acquired disabilities at the pre-employment stage.
